Raw materials inspection
No level of skill, talent, or expertise can build a great product from poor materials. With TEC, we source, select, and inspect the raw materials we work with. We ensure that the proper materials are ordered and meticulously appraise the quality of what is delivered before we put anything into production.
Production Monitoring
Production processes can be highly involved, with multiple operations occurring simultaneously. Success requires keeping track of numerous factors, including temperature, pressure, runtime, and more, all at once, all the time. TEC uses cutting-edge sensor technology to monitor production in real-time at key points on the line.
Mid-Process Inspections
Interval inspections pull products randomly from the line at given points for inspection. Methods may include visual inspection, dimensional verification, and other non-destructive testing processes, including ultrasound and X-ray imaging. Issues can be caught before they become problems and early enough in the process so that changes can be made before output becomes heavily impacted.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Post-production, tubing is tested to ensure it meets all customer specifications and required quality standards. Various tests can be applied at this stage to ascertain the strength and durability of the finished product.
Final Inspection
Before anything leaves TEC, a final inspection is conducted to ensure total customer satisfaction. This involves a comprehensive examination of the tubing’s dimensions, surface finish, and overall quality to confirm that it is ready for use.
